Day Wise Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Rajkot- Jamnagar- Dwarka (230 kms/ 4- 5 hours drive)

Meet and greets on arrival at Ahmedabad airport and drive to the holy city Dwarka, lunch at en-route restaurant. On arrival in Dwarka check-in at hotel, Dinner and overnight stay at hotel

DWARKA: One of the principal pilgrimages of Hinduism is at Dwarka. Legend is that Lord Krishna moved to this coastal town to set up a capital. Marine excavations off the Dwarka coast have revealed important evidences of tour ancient cities, which probably include the Dwarawati of the Krishna Lila. Today, it is not only a major pilgrimage site but a pleasant spot for a beach holiday. The multi pillared Sabha Mandapa leads to a 60 pillared sanctum sanctorum that dates back 2500 years according to the scriptures

Day 2 Dwarka

Early morning Darshan in Lord Dwarka Dhish Temple and back. Post breakfast go for tour including Bet Dwarka, Nageshwar temple & Gopi Talav etc. Evening back to hotel for dinner & overnight stay

Bet Dwarka: Bet is situated at 30kms from Dwarka and is surrounded by sea from all sides. One can reach Bet from Dwarka through Okha by road. On reaching Okha port jetty, one can reach Bet through a little sea journey in a launch or in a small boat.

Nageshwar Temple or Nagnath Temple: is located on the route between Gomati Dwarka and the Bait Dwarka Island on the coast of Saurashtra in Gujarat. The Jyotirlinga enshrined in the Temple of Nagnath is known as NageshwarMahadev and attracts thousands of pilgrims all round the year. This powerful Jyothirlinga symbolizes protection from all poisons. It is said that those who pray to the NageshwarLinga become free of poison. The Rudra Samhitasloka refers to Nageshwar with the phrase 'DaarukaavaneNaagesham'

Gopi Talav: This is the place where Lord Krishna used to play with his Gopikas. There is a small pond where it is said that Lord Krishna used to play with the Gopika Strees (Gopika Women)

Day 3 Dwarka- Porbandar- Somnath (250 kms/ 5 hours + excursion)

After breakfast drive to Somnath en-route visit Porbandar (Birthplace of Gandhi); now it is a city of industry, with cement and chemical factories ringing the city, contributing to a general griminess around town. On arrival tour of Kirti Mandir & Krishna Sudama temple. Later continue drive to Somnath.

Kirti Mandir at Porbander: Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was born and lived here until he was twelve. It stands in the corner of a large courtyard in the west of town. A swastika on the floor in a small room marks the actual spot. It houses many collections of Gandhian memorabilia. There is also an exhibit of photographs, some with English captions, and a small bookshop.

The Krishna-Sudama Temple: of Porbandar is dedicated to the childhood friend and devotee of Lord Krishna, Sudama. The temple of Sudama, located in the centre of Porbandar City, is the only temple in India dedicated to Sudama. The temple was built in the period of 1902 to 1907

Later continue drive to Somnath and on arrival check in to hotel for dinner & overnight. Evening enjoy sound & light show in Somnath

Somnath: One of the most revered and important centres of culture and nationalism, the legendary temple contain a Jyothirlinga. Looted & destroyed, built & rebuilt several times. It represents the eternal beauty & strength of the Indian society. Shree Somnath is first among the twelve Aadi Jyotirlings of India. It has a strategic location on the Western coast of India. This temple maintained the Pooja Parampara of Bhagwan Shiva during the hostile political conditions. On arrival check in at Hotel

Day 4 Somnath- Diu (90 kms/ 2 hours)

Early Morning Darshan at Shri Somnath temple, after breakfast check out and proceeds for Diu, is a coastal town at the eastern end of Diu Island, A bridge connects the island to the state of Gujarat. On arrival check in at hotel, after short rest proceed to visit Gangeshwar Mahadev temple, a waterfront Hindu temple, dedicated to lord Shiva, with 5 stones washed by the sea's tidal waves. Also visit Diu Fortres, St. Pauls Church, Diu museum and Naida Caves. Overnight stay at hotel

Day 5 Diu - Rajkot (250 kms/ 5- 6 hours) Leave Rajkot

After breakfast check-out and drive to Rajkot, on arrival transfer to Rajkot airport on time to board flight for onward journey
