Day Wise Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival/City Tour (Victory Park, Cascade complex, Blue mosque)
Arrival at Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan at 00:10. Meet and greet by Best Tour representative. Transfer to the hotel & overnight Breakfast at the hotel, after which the city tour starts from the Victory Park, where a picturesque view of capital Yerevan opens. After walk through the Cascade Complex the building that now houses the Gafesjian center for the arts, which houses one of the best contemporary art collections in the Eastern Hemisphere. Then head to Blue Mosque dating back to the 18th century. Afterwards, walk to Opera House which is located at the heart of the capital Yerevan and North Avenue to reach Republic square the central city square of Yerevan. Optionally visit Ararat Brandy factory in Yerevan for brandy tasting & tour one of the oldest brandy factories in the region. Free time to do shopping (Open air market of Vernissage, where you can buy different Armenian souvenirs, Gold Suk, Dalma Mall, Yerevan Mall). Late in the evening, return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.
Day 2 Yerevan - Tsaghkadzor - Dilijan - Yerevan
After the breakfast at the hotel start the journey to the town of Tsaghadzor, the hotspot for winter sports & summer holidays in Armenia. Visit Kecharis Monastery, founded in the XI century by Armenian Pahlavuni princes. The next stop will be at Tsaghkadzor Ropeway to enjoy the view of snowy Armenia. You can also take optional activities such as Zip line (optional*), skiing, snowboarding, snow truck, etc. Then head to Dilijan. The town is surrounded by the forests of Dilijan National Park. North of town Haghartsin monastery dating 10th century is a complex of churches, which is considered as one of the iconic sightseeing spots in Armenia. Afterwards return to Yerevan. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.
Day 3 Yerevan – Arch of Charents - Geghard Monastery - Garni Temple - Yerevan
After breakfast at the hotel start the tour and have a first stop near the Arch of Charents from where, the beautiful panoramic view of Ararat valley and Mount Ararat opens. After, continue to Geghard Monastery, dating back as far as 4th century AD, which reached its glory in 13th century. Geghard is one of the jewels of Armenian medieval architecture and is a UNESCO world heritage site. The monastery of Geghard contains a number of churches and tombs, most of them cut into the solid rock, which illustrate the very peak of Armenian medieval craftsmanship. Later head to Garni Temple the true and unique masterpiece of Hellenistic architecture in Armenia, Garni is a pagan temple of the Sun God Mihra. It is one of the most ancient landmarks in Kotayk and whole Armenia, which has survived since pagan period. Fortress of Garni was also the summer residence of Armenian kings. Garni fortress dates to 1st century BC, while the temple was built in 77AD. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan. Optional Jeeping can be organized. In the evening, return to Yerevan. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.
Day 4 Yerevan - (Khor Virap) - Noravank - Areni 1 Cave - Areni Winery - Yerevan
After breakfast at the hotel start the tour to Khor Virap (optional). The monastery Khor Virap stands before the snowcapped flanks of Mount Ararat offering a spectacular view of the mountain, the national symbol of Armenia. It is where Grigor Luisavorich (St. Gregory the Illuminator) was imprisoned for 13 years before curing King Trdat III of a disease, which resulted in Armenia becoming the first state to officially adopt Christianity as State religion in 301AD. Head toward Noravank monastery 13th century, one of the iconic monastery complexes of Vayotz Dzor region. Noravank boast of the best collection of khachkars (cross-stones) monuments unique only to Armenia. Visit Areni 1 Cave to get acquainted with history of wine making in Armenia going back 4000 years. Then head to Areni Winery to taste different kinds of wines. Vayots Dzor region of Armenia is famous for different kinds of endemic grapes and is one of the best wine producing regions of Armenia. In Areni Winery you can tour the production and experience the unique art of Armenian winemaking. After return to Yerevan. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.
Day 5 Transfer to the airport
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel. Transfer to the airport at 11:00. Departure at 13:20.
